About this chapter
A short concept note
The Asian Integration Forum was launched in 2008 and took its present shape in 2016. Its seventh chapter convenes in Colombo on 30 October 2026. The meeting is not meant to stop at Asia’s borders. It asks scholars and practitioners to work toward a shared human identity, with equality, fraternity, and liberty practised alongside nature.
Asia is invited into this work because of its people, knowledge, and technological strength. The task is to look past narrow identities and to set out how education, the economy, science, and ethics can support one homogeneous global society.
This year’s theme is collective consciousness in the service of growth, victory, excellence, harmony, and transcendence. Sessions take up the living environment, a fairer economic order, knowledge shared across countries, and technology — including artificial intelligence — placed at the service of people who have been left behind.
The focus, set out by Prof. (Dr.) R. P. Banerjee, is harmony, equality, liberty, and transcendence. Submissions are open. A Word file can go to the papers desk or through the author portal, which confirms the email with a one-time password. Accepted papers are read blind, and the publication fee applies only after acceptance.

Every manuscript is read without the author’s name attached. The editorial decision is final.
